2、電纜結構選擇銅板還是多股銅線，要看使用場合。一般來說電流越大，結構和動作固定，更適合直接選擇銅板。而小電流的情況下，具有獨立輸出變壓器和獨立焊接機構的情況下，一般選擇多股銅線。2萬安培以上的精密逆變點焊機輸出一般直接采用紫銅板，而2萬安培以下輸出的電流情況下，一般采用柔性的多股銅線，而且單股銅絲越細，柔性越好。
