    電容儲能點焊機點焊的缺陷有哪些?

    電容儲能點焊機點焊的焊點如果質量良好,無論從外觀還是從焊核內部都是沒有缺陷的。從外觀看,焊點是表面平整,無燒傷、壓痕深等各種缺陷。從內部看,應有尺寸合適的焊核,焊核應是很致密的鑄造組織,核內不能有縮孔、疏松、裂紋等缺陷。

    飛濺在儲能點焊機中經長出現。少許的飛淺是不可避免的,如果飛濺太大,會造成壓痕過深。工作表面的凹陷太深,會造成焊核強度明顯下降。飛濺有兩種,即初期飛濺和末期飛濺。初期飛濺是電流閉合瞬間產生的。其主要原因是由于予壓時間太短或焊件表面不清潔及壓力小所造成的。儲能點焊機末期飛濺是在通電末期產生的,其原因主要是焊接電流太大或焊接時間太長,核內熔化的金屬大到周圍塑性環在電壓力下已經包不住了,而造成液體金屬的外溢。
